The story is ok, but they still haven’t given a good reason for the main character to even get the job to begin with.

First chapter and I’m already thinking “well that was a stupid decision, why would you even do that?” If this book doesn’t give a VERY good reason for the main character taking this job, then I feel like the whole plot will fall apart because it’s a decision no one would make

This book really threw me for a loop; but not in the way I expected. I don’t want to ruin it, but it just is wild. Lol
