O livro tem um prólogo intenso, depois o 1º capítulo achei demasiado longo e aborrecido. Acho que podia ser mais resumido.

I found this book a bit old-fashioned and boring. I have read a few books about spirituality and this one was the least interesting of them all. It's basically a list of things we must do and be and that's all. Very disappointing.

I'm sorry to say that I have stopped listening to this audio book. I got bored my the continued use of historical tales...I understand that a lot of people may find this way of presenting ideias easy to understand and follow the writer's subjects, but it got repetitive and uninteresting for me.
