So far I am loving with this book! I absolutely LOVE Christian (it's still not officially confirmed but I called him as The Silencer the second he showed up.) Elena is also quite likeable. I'm pretty sure I know what is likely to happen in the end since there's no HEA but I can't wait to see where this one goes.

Tillie Cole sure knows how to yank at my heartstrings. I found myself welling up a couple times already. This is looking like it's going to get a high rating so far.

Ok Vlad trying to win Sisi back by googling tips for wooing women is so adorable. Even though they gave him fairly crummy advice and it kind of backfired for a bit I love how much effort he's putting in to regaining her trust and affection. You're redeeming yourself Vlad.

So this is quite dull for a fantasy. The atmosphere and the writing are lovely but quite frankly it feels like there's a whole lot of nothing happening. We don't really see any of the so called competition and there's no criteria for rules or how the winner is determined mentioned...and there's portions that feel like they do nothing for the plot and are completely useless.

So far I enjoy the atmosphere and it's an interesting story which keeps me turning pages but it kind of feels long drawn out and slow for being only 350 pages. We'll see how the ending is but so far it's just kind of middle of the road. The atmosphere is basically what is raising my rating at this point.

I went into this pretty much blind. I had seen the cover years ago and knew I had to check it out simply because it's Wizard of Oz. I thought it might have been something like an alternate version where the Witch of the West gets the better of Dorothy but I was wrong. I'm absolutely loving this so far though. I'm sad I only have books 1 and 2. I really hope libby has the others.

Wow! Just wow! I dislike the word "un-put-down-able" but I swear that's the only thing that describes this book. I don't want to set this down but if I stay up all night to finish it I know I'll be a major grump in the morning.

This one is definitely going in my top 5 King books. Holy moly is it good so far!

Its still interesting enough for me to want to finish but feels a little like a slog. I feel like this idea would have suited a short story or novella a tad better.

This book is really fascinating so far. I'm dying to find out what is going on with Hanna, why she has such a vendetta against her mom and why she won't talk.

This book just might make it above Cujo in my list of top 3 favorite Stephen King books. I'm loving this one so far. Annie Wilkes is such a great antagonist!

This first book is a re-read. I was missing so many of the books to complete the series so I never finished. Now that I'm only missing 1 (which is available on Libby) I'm finally going to get to the rest. This is definitely still as enjoyable as my first read through many years ago.

I feel like, so far, this is Carlton's least dark book. I've read everything this woman has written and she will continue to be an automatic read author for me in the future. Only one part irritated me and that was when Ronaldo was mansplaining Genevieve's own body to her. He was all "this is your clit, baby" ugh gag me. I freaking despise that. Other than that one ick it's a solid read.

We got back story and it was interesting for a while but now it's dragging and I just want to be done reading this already. I'm getting so bored with it.

So, it's interesting so far I just wish we could have been given a couple of chapters or so of background/context before immediately jumping in to Emily already being in the basement...I'm still turning pages though so I guess it didn't affect my experience so much I want to quit.

Re-reading this series after many years. It's as enjoyable as I remember from my teenage years.

Intriguing, fast paced and full of smut so far lol if I didn't have to work I'd probably stay up and finish it.

I am really enjoying this memoir so far.

So far this has me completely hooked. I blazed through part 1.

OK I'm seriously not sure how I feel about this one yet. On one hand there's parts that are unbearably dull and slow but there's also a bit that has me wondering where the hell is the author going with this? To DNF or not to DNF that is the question...I'll stick it out a bit more and see.

Ugh how annoying can these characters be?! Also it is completely, absolutely, blatantly obvious that Ana is not a sub in any way shape or form. Christian's tastes and hers are totally incompatible to anyone with one working eyeball and two functioning brain cells. Oh, and his "I don't know how else to be" attitude is just straight bullshit.

I'm being reminded why I didn't finish this the first time I tried reading it. I'm so sick of hearing about Christian's long fingers, "my subconscious", "holy cow", and "oh my" already and there's still like 400 pages more to go. Good grief Charlie Brown. Plus both Ana and Christian are insufferable.

Oh my gosh I absolutely love Weaver's sense of humor! I have been laughing all throughout this book so far! Her banter is top notch and I am loving every second of reading this masterpiece!

Still enjoying this although I gotta say Alina is just a tad annoying. She reminds me of Anastasia Steele from 50 Shades only instead of "inner goddess" every five seconds it's "the darkness". However I still think Alina's friends are hilarious and the story is keeping me engaged.

Saw this in a facebook reel and decided to check it out. So far this guy W.S. Greer can write! His dialogue is funny and witty and I've laughed out loud several times already. My only thing is why was Alina surprised when she was reading Nathan's newest book? Like girl you know he writes erotica so why are shocked? Other than that part I'm loving this so far.

This book is so addictive I can't put it down.
