This book is alright; one thing I will say, though, is that it's very slow and somewhat boring on some pages. But when it does get a little funny, it feels likeyou'rer reading a little bit faster. Overall, I think it's a decent book.

Greg Heffley tries to be good before Christmas to get gifts, while dealing with the stress of being watched by his mom's creepy Elf doll. He navigates strict school rules banning playground equipment and struggles with his online pet-raising game, Net Kritterz, which leads him to try snow-shoveling for money.

I chose this book because I found it really interesting, and I also like history, so I thought it would be a good read for me.

I thought this book seemed really interesting because I enjoy history books.

I just got to the third chapter of the Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and they have just arrived at the Lone Islands.

I just got to the part where Edmund, Lucy, and Eustace are dragged into the painting on the wall and end up in the sea in Narnia, and are rescued by Prince Caspian.

I just finished the Prince Caspian chapter, and I'm now on the voyage of the Dawn Treader, which is starting just like the movie. I think that is the only reason why I keep reading, because I actually like the movies, so reading the book makes them all much better.

I just finished The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, which was cool because it was what happened in the movie, and I really like the movie.

I just finished The Magician's Nephew, which, in my opinion, was kind of boring towards the end, but the start was very good, though. I am now on The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, which I am already starting to like because it's just like the movie, and I'm where Lucy just entered Narnia for the first time.

So far, I think it's slow, but I feel like something is going to happen soon. My favorite character right now is Digory because Uncle Andrew is kind of mysterious, and we don't know much about him except that he is a son of one of the last magic women. But I think I left off where they are about to go to Narnia because Digory is going to save Polly from there and bring her back.
