Here for history of metabolic knowledge and knowing how to best support my body's use of energy. Not here for weight loss stuff, tho at least so far there isn't really much of that. The title seems like it will be all DIET CULTURE-Y but thankfully there hasn't been much of that. It's not completely without it, but it's not overwhelmingly present. At least not yet.
