This book is such an interesting and honestly electrifying read at a moment such as right now.

As I ask myself with every book by Le Guin: why did I wait so long to start this?

Also, this made me snort:
"He tried to read an elementary economics text; it bored him past endurance, it was like listening to somebody interminably recounting a long and stupid dream"

This book is so interesting, but oh my god this is the slowest I've read a book (continuously) in a while.
