In my own words, Brokeback Mountain is one of those books that will make you fall in love in 50 pages or less. It truly captures what it’s like to be gay without actually accepting yourself but somebody else accepting you first kind of.

Not attached the plot. I find Lex to be annoying and overthinking. I do love Ben and his energy! Lexis backstory kind of hurts my heart though, so that is the one thing keeping this book interesting and keeping me from DNF.

I love the parents love story…

Cute story and love the interactions between Seb & Tanner. Honest and real.

The beginning of this book is tough to push through. For a while you start to feel like you only are gonna see through belly’s thoughts and no actual progress. If it doesn’t pick up soon I may abandon lol
