I do like this, but I struggled to get myself to listen. I’m gonna have to try it again another time.

I wanted to give Michaelides another shot; his books sound really good, but I don’t think I super vibe with his writing. I’ll probably finish it, but as of now I’m kinda blasé.

Why am I not surprised by this attitude 🙄😒

For some reason, a while ago I was under the impression that this series was created by a woman. Knowing that it wasn’t makes some of the little comments rub me the wrong way.

I’ve tried picking this back up in audio format instead, but I’m just not feeling it for some reason

It is uncomfy knowing how much my kiddos enjoy this book and others of hers that are probably similar

I’ve decided to reread the other two first, but I’m so excited to continue the series.

I know I haven’t given this much of a chance, but I’m already thinking about stopping with it.

I'm a huge fan of the Rick Riordan Presents imprint so far. I think I'm going to continue working my way through it. I love that kids have access to say many interesting cultures in a way that's super entertaining and relatable.

This may be the year of rereads. I'll sprinkle in new books, but I think that's where I'm at. I need to get something back and I feel like old loves might be the way to do it.

I think I need to take a break on the Outlander series... As much as I'm curious and want to see where things go, lately I feel like listening to it is a bit of a chore.
