At first I found Elenor to be completely insufferable! However, the more I read, the more glimpses of myself I see in her. Although I times I still find her incredibly strange and off putting, I’m finding myself clamoring for more and more.

Gail Honeyman has done a very good job of creating a completely insufferable main protagonist so far. The back and forth of Eleanor, the self deprecation matched with her incredibly pretentious egotism makes for an interesting unfolding so far. Excited to see where I am swept off to in the coming chapters.

I’m loving this twisted tale already!
