A remarkable story of obedience to God's calling. This woman lived an extraordinary life in Africa. I am proud to know of her and her family. My regret is that I did not seek her out while she was an active member of Parkview during the last years of her life. Ms. Wana Ana, I won't forget your story.

each summer my son and I share a 'good read'. This one was recommended to him by the class of 2016 salutatorian. He enjoyed the book. I am too.

Too many nuggets but 2 that spoke to me: 'A man shows who he is by what he does with what he has' (FDR) and 'The strength of the pack is the wolf and the strength of the wolf is the pack' (Kipling).

Just had to finish what I started. Can't wait to see what happens to Trish, Tobias and the others.... and what the perfect society will look like. Tobias just found out he is not divergent.

I finished the first book then debated for a day on whether to start the 2nd as I knew it would invade my most valuable resource -- my time! My curiosity prevailed.

I read this as my son's persuasion. Great story line. Definitely captured my attention and made we want to keep reading. My son read the trilogy as his summer reading. He read the 3 books during the 2nd week of summer.

Enjoying the escape into the life of Dena Nordstrom. Author Fannie Flagg has brought Dena's character to life with all the normal emotional, personal, and professional issues we face daily.
