Please add this to your TBR pile. It is SO GOOD. There are a few TW - domestic violence, sexual assault and death. But despite that, it's still on for a 5* from me

Despite the incredibly dark themes this book explores (TW: death and domestic violence) I'm really enjoying (?) It. Listening to it on audio book with a narrator who has a soft Irish accent might be helping?

The main character is already annoying me 😅

Okay this book reels you in and I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would at the start

I know it's because I've read so many of Maiseys books in a row, but damn the whole "start sleeping together and its so good but let's still just be friends and sleep together and it's going to end when it ends" is getting quite old

Such a slow burn, how am I over halfway through this book and still don't have a confession from the husband that he is cheating. Stop sneaking around trying to find out about his alleged mistress and talk to him dammit
