I think I’m too pragmatic for this book. It’s better than I thought it would be but random things are agitating me.
1. How does a 22yo own a $1.2M home?
2. How does another 22yo own a mechanic shop?
3. FMC has a job at Ernst & Young (a big 4 accounting firm) but doesn’t know if she needs to pay taxes on the home that was just bequeathed to her?
4. “Anyways” is not a word.

This book is just depressing
