She's talking about her father, and uncle Michael. She talks on how he is one of the only foreigners that her father would accept into their house. This is because her father saw something different in him compared to a normal foreigner.

She introduced her Uncle Michael. He's not really her uncle but an American foreign that can speak both English and French, and he obviously speaks Vietnamese too. That's why her father liked him because he knew he wasn't an average American. Im not sure how they met, but I know it was in a hospital. It seems like her uncle Michael and dad were really close friends.

The grandfather of my main character was telling a story, and mentioned how it's not healthy for the soul to be far away from the homeland of your ancestors.

The colonel and miles were at a basketball game, and they were kicked out because the colonel was interrupting/ disturbing the game that was going on.

Miles met the colonels girlfriend. He was awoken bye Alaska screaming in his face. The colonel was supposed to go on a date with his girlfriend, but they got into a fights about his wrinkled shirt.

Miles has started his first day of classes in his new school. The night before is when some of the people in their school taped him up and threw him into the lake. The next day in class the colonel told him to point out any of the people from the night before. The colonel seems like the reason he was thrown into the lake.

Some of the students who don't like the colonel took miles, and taped him up with duck tape. The reason was a mystery, but they're trying to figure out who did it. Then get back at them.

Pudge is his new nickname that the cornel gave him. He showed him around a bit, and then left him to himself. Alaska came up to talk to him about how he can remember a lot of famous peoples last name.

Alaska is a 16 yo who is sending herself to boarding school. Im assuming she wants to go because her life in Florida is boring. Her father went to the boarding school she chose, and so did his brothers and their kids as well. She said that she wants to find her great perhaps.

I think Coraline got the idea of setting up a trap, so she can catch the other mother's hand that is in the real world crawling around. The hand hurt Hamish April and Miriam dog, so she sacrificed the key to make sure that its handled.

He was skating on the pond by himself, and he kept seeing a showdown of someone who looked close to his age skating with him on the ice. Every time he would look his way the shadow would disappear. He finally tried to approach the shadow but it disappeared.

he was able to go out on the ice with nobody else there, so he can have some time to himself. I learned that this story takes place in Britain. My take away from ready today would be when Mervin or squilsh was holding a dead cat, and handed it over to him telling him it was still alive. Expect when he handed it off it was dead, and he assumed it died from the cold.

Jacey on his brother are going back home from playing British bulldogs, and they stop by the house in the woods. Jacey was using the bathroom on the fence of the house, and he didn't think anyone was there. at the old lady scared him and said that he woke up her brother, and if her brother get s her hands on him then hell be sorry. After he apologized, she said that hell be sorrier when the ice breaks.

A kid named Joshua is a first grader, and her doesn't really like his class.

I think they just got done playing their hockey game, and he start talking about his idols and one specific person named "John Yew" was brought up a lot. I don't really understand how he right his dialog, or who the narrator is.

In my book I read today is about a boy coming of age. I didn't get too far into it today, and there's nothing very important about the book except I learned the narrator is named Jacey. He has a friend nicknamed moron, but his real name is dean but because of the social heiarchy he needs to be called moron. It's winter, and they're all at the lake ice skating playing a game "British Bulldogs 123".

Dr.Rehider sent a letter back to Abi, and said that she should come by and maybe he could be some help to her. She thought that is would be easier to escape the jail than to escape the greave hall House.

Abigail thinks back to when her mother passed the doctor, and realized that her mother was an angry ghost. She realized because she was angry something bad happened to her. Her mother told her to leave greave hall, and get away from danger. Abigail thinks her mothers ghost doesn't want her to figure out what happened to her. Abigail says she won't leave, and goes to take care of Samuel.

Abigail is now taking care of Samuel, and she believes that mrs.cotton has put her(the least suitable nurse) to care for Samuel who just came from war. She thinks because she not suitable that mrs. cotton has planned that he would die within abigails care, and wouldn't be her responsibility.

Lord grieves son Is back home. He has bandages wrapped around his knee all the way down to his foot. Other than that Abi has mailed her letter to the sprit doctor to see if she can get answers about her mother. She doesn't want anyone to know that she mailed it though.

In my book Abu was considering pouring rat poison in Ms.Cottons tea. She didn't but when she served Ms.Cotton her tea, Ms.Cotton asked her if Abi wished she was dead. Abi said yes, and was embarrassed Ms.Cotton could make her cry. Ms.Cotton also scolded her for not cleaning the windows correctly.

Abi has wrote the letter to find some answers about her mom. She also just found out rat poisoning was kept in the house, and I predict that that has something to do with her mothers death.

Abi was sent to clean Mrs.Cottons room as usual, and while she was in there without Mrs. Cotton she dug through her drawer. She found an address, but I don't know what she was looking for yet. I think it was about her mother, and if she was murdered or not.

In my book Abi is trying to figure out who removed the bolt, so that she could escape. I think it was her ghost mother who's haunting the house. She's also trying to figure out if she's crazy that she think her mother was poisoned by cholera.

Abi's mom died of cholera. the book talked on how she had to carry the waster he body rejected, and took sick to use the bathroom. She also had to carry buckets of water to her mother with no help. because her sister thought she would get sick as well. But she think that her sister poisoned her, and just said she was sick with cholera.

The paranormal doctor was laughed at by Abi, until he was possessed. She seen it with her own eye and heard the words only her mother would call her. Abi's mom died in the house she stays at now. Abi believes that the ghost passed the doctor and told her unclearly that she was murdered and needs to leave that house now.

Mr.Lock and Lizzy are workers in the house, and they played a trick on their boss Lady Lordship. They made her think hat her sister that has been dead for the past 19 years is now pestering her. She called a doctor for the spirits, and I wonder how it's going to end.

The lords son Samuel is coming back home because he's been injured. They don't know how bad, but they have to make a bed in the library down stairs just in case. Abi and her good friend are talking, and rob interrupts to say look out for anything unusual because Ms. cotton might get a freight.
