After reading about their kids in Tara Grayce’s upcoming newest book, I had to go back and re read. I can’t remember enjoying a book series quite this much where I just go back and forth between books, reluctant to read anything else.

Re-reading and still loving it the second time around. I’ve really come to love clean fantasy, especially for its re-readability! Amazing!

The earl is still one of the scariest domestic villains. Hate him so much.

Thought this book would’ve had a slower pace…NOPE. So much is happening already!

Liked Fierce Heart so much I’m reading this one to get Farrendel’s perspectives and am enjoying it just as much. I wasn’t ready to let the story go!

I really enjoy this world Grayce creates. So fun to spend time in.

Comfort read for me. I only read the historical one (I just don’t like contemporary), but I love it every time I read it. I’ve been on a dud steak lately and was in need of a guaranteed good one :)

Okay we are veering into a farce here. Not sure I’m enjoying it as much at this point. All development of a romance is fake and based on gossip.

My currently reading shelf is quite an interesting mix right now. I love when the “what you should read next” algorithm is confused :)

Something is wrong with this file. It ended at chapter 7 and there’s no way that was the end. I don’t see an updated file available and I have automatic updates turned on. I’m going to email the author and find out what’s going on. I usually love love love her stuff so something is up!

Man I was really looking forward to this one. And I still like it…but…there are a TON of typos. This is not Carlyle’s usual standard which bums me out of what’s going on with her. I hope all is okay as I love her work and this series!

I’m drowning in books guys. I finally went through and added every book sitting on my nightstand that I’m steadily consuming and it’s kind of funny. My husband got me into nonfiction and now I’m reading ALL THE THINGS. Plus no spice fantasy (a lovely find!) and my old standby historical romance. Send help :)

I’ve read the first two and they are so sweet and lovely, just like the BonBons Jennifer Ashley’s title promised!

As soon as this thing downloads on my kindle in a couple days, I AM ALL OVER IT.

This has literally just been a huge listing of all worthington family members in London for the season and the boring routine of the hero who doesn’t seem to have any opinions. Maybe that’s the set up? But it’s weird…

Wasn’t sure at first but I have enough details of what’s going on that I’m into it! I also like the characters too.

The awareness of these two to each other despite their prickly personalities? I just love it.

I’m getting a little frustrated with this. It’s been a long litany of how tortured Cass’ past is and how he doesn’t deserve Hattie with very limited page time over their past (they wrote letters for 12 years but you don’t see them and you don’t read anything about their childhood together except the first day) or how exactly he’s tortured. It just lacks the emotion Bradley usually has in her stories.

Ah this is really good and though provoking. I’m enjoying how each chapter builds on the previous ones.

Re reading this again for a buddy read with Lacey! Still enjoying this the second time around. I hope Carlyle has plans to finish the series. I tried to pre order the fourth book and it was cancelled on Amazon!

Thus far this has been really really funny. I hope it continues because this beginning has truly been sparkling.

There’s been an adjustment for me with the omniscient narrator style writing and tidbits from many different characters but it does serve the purpose of letting the reader get a sneak peek at all the intrigue that is ramping up in the novel before the characters which is different for me. Some of the prose is a little purple but I’m still liking it. This authors new to me but she has tons of book.

First buddy read in over 5 years with Midniteillusion! Here’s hoping this is a good one! Thus far, lots of pining. These two had a rough start.

Trying this book again even though I DNF it years ago. I liked the hero a lot this go around and want to give his story a fair shake as he seems to be the only mature dude of the quartet!

What a pickle these two have gotten themselves into. LOL.
