DNF, we’ll written and good just not what I was looking for right now. Will likely revisit it in the future

DNF—couldn’t get through the audiobook. I couldn’t stand the narrator—felt like he was shouting at me the whole time. The book itself was pretty dry, but interesting. Still wouldn’t be my favorite, but I would have at least finished it as a hard copy. Maybe I’ll pick it up (hard copy) sometime in the future.

I’m not far into it yet but I am loving it. Well written, concisely explains main points of sports psychology (and WHY they are the authors pick for “main” points), exactly what I was hoping for in this book. So far.

Really enjoying so far. About everything I expected it to be.
