GUESS WHOS BACK AFTER A MASSIVE READING SLUMP okay so every reading goal i had for this year went completely down the drain bc of my sisters wedding since i didn’t read ALL of may 😭 so now i am SCRAMBLING to just get back on track and reach my goal of 100 books so here we are finally trying to pull myself out of this slump by reading a book ive been DYING to read and i finally got my hands on a physical copy

dnfing this book i’m so sorry i wanted to love it so bad but 1. so busy i literally haven’t been able to read much and im an immersive reader so unless i sit my ass down and read for an hour or two straight i literally can’t get into the story and i just haven’t been able to do that and also ngl the dialogue is so bad i just can’t take it seriously so dnfing for now will come back to it later

tell me i’m 3% in and it’s dragging already ugh okay not really since i’ve only read 22 pages but this really did not need to be another whole ass book like why do authors do this…

genuinely so confused bc why is lou acting crazy?? i get it could be a whole the more you use magic the more it changes you or whatever but she’s acting insane like poor reid…
