anyone have tips for being more engaged with reading when your short term memory is terrible? lol. i take meds for adhd and even when i’m on them i find myself rereading and forgetting the details of what i read as soon as i close the book. i take notes but have a habit of being quite exhaustive with them. i spend as much time note taking as reading! anything is appreciate thx xoxo~
