Worth the read. I am thinking of buying copies to give to everyone at the office to get them to think about "why" we do "what" we do. The author points out businesses that have a clear "why" and how it effects their bottom line. He also talks about companies that start from "What" and how they then struggle and have to use manipulation to garner "loyalty" from customers.
