I can't put this book down!! I LOVE the story, the leading character Brett, Brad, and just everyone! This is an exceptionally well written novel.

Beautifully written and moving, this book is exceptional right from the start! An original story with very real characters with admirable strengths and weaknesses the reader can empathize with. I can tell already this book is amazing

Beautifully written and exciting ... the reader can almost feels John's enthusiasm for the race. He's living the unlived dreams of his father and his friend "Pop". While his mother is intensly unhappy with his racing, John "Powerhouse" Powers feels the calling and will stop at nothing to be a race champion!

Excellently written right from the start! I thought the opening was gripping, the story is compelling, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here. I love the tow-truck incident! This novel is great

Interesting premise and some clever dialogue. So far though the author is discribing a lot of the characteristics of the characters, especially Gage, than showing them (i.e. "I am noble" "I am clever"). Gage starts out lusting after another woman thinking his wife is dead who promptly reappears shortly in. It's a bit hard to follow, but an interesting story. I'm curious where it goes from here

The writing is excellent so far. The novella is engaging from the first page and I can't wait to see where it goes from here
