yes i’m currently reading three books . this one … i was not planning on logging bc i started it as an audiobook and i didn’t think i would like it/care enough to rlly pay attention. this was proven wrong . #loveuford (it’s actually not that good of a book just saying)

i’ll be honest and say i’m logging this just in case i forget to before i go to sleep but i am actively still reading - as in, the book is currently pages face down splitting the spine, on my chest, as i type this out.

i love jackson w/ a seriousness that u guys should be wary about. i have grievances too but that’ll come later…

and if i didn’t have a full time job, i would have stayed up reading this 💔 . also nice to know that i have somehow not realized this is the third book in the series and all the cameos from the first two have gone over my head completely . yay!

i’m decidedly continuing on a romance binge because, while i do (often) declare literary fiction my metaphorical north star, i do maintain a fear that the reality of those novels would shake me for all i’m worth and leave me stranded alone on the street (metaphorical) (again). i shall reconvene with lit fic when the time is right a.k.a. when i’m caught up on my reading challenge

WELL BEFORE I KNEW IT WAS A MOVIE . and while the movie has indeed motivated me to read it . i have been wanting to for far longer than that paul mescal fellow has been even an inkling of a thought for me . i would like to just make that all very clear .
