I've read this book nine or ten times now since its release back in 2021, and every reread reveals something new. This is the first time I’m reading it after my mum's heart attack. So Jaime's death in aris arms hit especially hard and I had to put the book down. I relate to Ari more than ever; his inability to say what he's feeling is painfully familiar. I’ll probably finish this in a couple of days now.

Okay so I started this book last February and have only just got back round to it, so I started it from the beginning. I’m actually enjoying it so far and I’m glad I started it again as I quite literally have remembered nothing!

don’t even know if there’s any point in logging this rn, but i just read the start of the book whilst listening to an album. i read this when i was young and loved it because duh zoella. idk about now but i guess we’ll see

It is so clear how much Ari has matured since the first book. He still feels like the same Ari but now he is more open and thoughtful in ways that he never was before.Rereading it makes me notice how much growth is shown in the small details too. Even after all these times through, watching Ari figure out who he is and how to share himself with the world feels so real and meaningful.
