Amazing book so far. Very in-depth collection of Métis stories. Historically objective, yet personal. I also love getting to learn about my ancestors (both culturally and specifically by name). Pierre Falcon is my direct ancestors and it was cool to read about his contributions to the developing Métis people with his music and battle strategies.
