I'm struggling to continue this reading with my own eyes rather than listening because I don't really remember what was going on. Audiobooks really just go in one ear and out the other for me.

Mina got brain like man and nice like woman ANDDD she's pretty 😍 I will say I am enjoying this and I know it's old but how they write about the women is just so silly.

People love creating a quirky girl in their romance books, why is she noticing a quote then saying "they wouldn't even know that's a quote from Woody Allen 🤭" girl how do you even know that's a quote from Woody Allen you're 17 and he's a bad man. Also why's she trying to hide that she has asthma? What a popular girl can't have asthma? Her friends going to steal her puffer or something? It's already so silly!

So... I forgot what this book was about and got so confused when they mentioned a more sci-fi/technological robot kinda thing? Because coming back to this I was like yep mystical fantasy with the centaurs and talking animals. I had to reread the back to remember this is a dystopian mix of mythical creatures created through technology sci-fi stuff. It's interesting and easy to read but I think I'd rather one focus.

Okay well I read the first book but Goodreads doesn't have just the first book so I guess I'll just have to find the other 4 online to complete this comic. So far I'd give it 4 stars and also love all the PlayStation 2 game ads in the book.

There's actually only 293 pages and I really hope I get them all done soon. This book has been a bit of a drag.

First chapter talking about "trying to not focus on centaur penis as I'm talking to a centaur" is crazy since this is a teen book! I guess talking about that stuff isn't that wild but to mention it moves like a dogs 🫣 girl don't make me sick! I'm praying this is a feel good teen horror and not some weird shit.

The end of chapter 18 is just so stupid! What do you mean A put baby oil on the floor and Spencer happened to step and slip on it but her boyfriend missed it. I'm also so sick of the girls being the only ones hearing a giggle from a far, surely they can figure out who's giggling and they'd know who A is. This book is testing me.

That last chapter has finally started moving the book along!

Back on my PLL grind!

Gotta get this done by tomorrow, but I still feel hungover and don't feel like reading anymore tonight.

Okay so I am liking this a lot more now! Probably the best poetry I've ever read tbh. I do love that it focuses on Indigenous history and the people which I think makes it more enjoyable since I love history. I'm still not a poetry person but this book is good.
