okay this is so fucking cool so far. im in looove with the overall vibe and the storytelling is so immersive. i feel these characters and their stakes are mine.

theory: antonio is immortal/undead or something?? remedio from the beginning of the book maybe granted him some kind of curse, having him fulfill something… something that was not up to him but fate … i dont know ….

page 73 is such a beautiful passage. love the writing in this book. its poetic, artsy and gothic without it feeling overly educational or annoyingly extravagant, if that makes sense

nothing is happening. were at a stand still and ive read like 300 pages out of 700 something. please make this part more interesting i beg 🙏

i will be putting this on hold indefinetly because this shot is so boring i kid you not. i literally cannot see how the plot could be steered onto an interesting path. every plot point has been milked clean at this point - i literally do not care about any of these characters.
also the cuddling scenes are giving me very painful flashbacks. i miss my ex. please come back
