There's been a few tidbits of something good but this book is very high level!

So far so good, reading per my therapist's recommendations! Is SUPER religious, like a Bible verse every two paragraphs religious.🫪 But, the content is applicable outside of religion which is why I'm still reading it!

I picked up this book thinking "oh this could be cool to learn about," and little did I know this would become one of my top nonfiction books. I'm only a little over 100 pages in and have already told so many family and friends to read this book!
