Very interesting so far - a great balance of well written insights to what we see as the way our world works and what we truly can know about the development of our species. So many moments where I have to stop and laugh at the unique perspectives the author ties in to the story

These books are quick easy reads - but fantastically written and highly entertaining. I read the first book because my daughter is a big fan of the series - and I have not been able to stop since

I have surrendered - interesting discussion but I can not work through the writing style - it has run it’s course and I am moving on to other options

So the 2nd subtitle speaks to why it focuses so much on student writings and course content. Missed that first time around. The author keeps the conversation interesting and it reads well. The dialogue keeps the message clear and well presented. I look forward to continue to see how the discussion progresses

During the introduction - it focuses and builds around the author’s experience with his students in courses. The initial chapters have been a building of concepts I expect he will delve into further as the book continues. At this point I would say it has been to heavily focused on excerpts from his students writings - but we will see how the book progresses.
