It jumps scenes so suddenly I felt like I missed a whole page. No chapter change to transition or even a symbol to show the transition.
The text message conversation format wasn’t consistent so it was confusing when it typed in normal text and I would have to go back and reread to understand what was happening.
Characters are supposed to have a history but it is never shown, just told/said.
