About to start chapter 7 this book is addicting to read so far!!

Pls I just wanna know why there are carers and donors. The Ruth drama is not giving hahaha

I’m sorry but I need to DNF this! I thought things would pick up when Henry and Addie met and told each other their secrets but it’s still going from Henry’s POV to the present and so on.

Don’t get me wrong, the writing is wonderful! VE Schwab has a way with words and it’s nice and this plot kind of reminds me of the movie The Age of Adeline and it had potential and I get why this has mixed reviews.

Think I’ll be putting this back on my TBR for now. Just not in the mood for it and I’m honestly not sure if I still wanna pick it up 😩 I need a 5 star romance read!!!

I feel like I’ve been reading this book forever 😭 I want to like it so bad! I mean I don’t hate it but Sadie’s relationship and Sam’s view on life are so depressing to read about and I’m not in the mood 😢 honestly skimming a lot of details I feel are unnecessary at this point. But I do appreciate the writing in general

Yup, DNF-ing this book I’m literally just skimming the pages at this point. I’m almost halfway and nothing has happened in this story so nope.
