So Nina, amnesia girl can’t love current boyfriend cause she can’t remember why prior boyfriend dumped her years ago. This even after her best friend told her that he was always cheating on her. Talk about dumb.
Tristan seems more human in this 2nd book, maybe because we get it from his POV. But Nina is still dumber than rocks.

Just started Chapter 10 and I’m fed-up with Evie. She needs a good slap upside the head. The idea of the story was intriguing but so far the execution is very poor.

After 3 days, I’ve entered chapter 8.
So far it has been a challenge to get this far. Slow and noting really interesting. I am finding it hard to care about the characters.

Chapter 16

I gave up for now. Too many better reads out there.

It is a struggle to continue reading. I'm at chapter 16, and Morta is just plain annoying. A spoilt brat that I have no sympathy for. Just kill her and be done.

Hot! and I'm only on book 1. Much to look forward to.

I'm a bit further on, but am not enjoying this. I don't like the characters.

I don't know why this book is taking me so long to read.

It gets worst.

On chapt 3 and not sure I can stick it out right now.

Somewhere in chapter four and it is slooow going. Don't know if I'll finish this one. I love books set in the Roman era, but so far this is disappointing.
