I hate the way this book goes between the MC and what seems to be multiple different other people but none of them are identified in the chapter heading/subheading. It's distracting and annoying.

I'm literally on page 11 and I know revenge is the MC's entire thing. But she's kind of insufferable about it tbh.

I hate the writing

FMC refers to baby dragons as "little draggos." Quickest (and pettiest) DNF of my life. Bye bye draggos.

Idk this just got kinda boring. DNF.

I hate how this switches between first person for Rue and third for Eli. I will persevere, but I hate it. Also, I remember why I DNFd before. This is kinda boring and like every other STEM romance.

Why is this so boring? I just don't feel the suspense and intrigue at all...

I can't get into this. I just don't really care about the plot and one of the characters is too insufferable to stomach. I'm sad because I DEVOURED the first two, but I think this one is a DNF.

Dear god someone finally spelled it out for this poor boy that his mother killed herself and I'm surprised it took so damn long.

One review called this a modern Catcher in the Rye and I'm like yeah, bc nothing fucking happens. I think it's the entire point that Tori is a wet piece of paper with no personality or any defining features other than her love of movies and diet lemonade, but it makes for a real boring book. 0 stars DNF.
