Bc they said that somebody is killing for dry vs right and is sick. Victor has been searching for drugs to help him and has his eo power are kinda inflicting pain so he has to use a gun. He is killing those people for their drugs omg and Eli is trying to find victor now which is ironic bc he is in jaillll
