This book is so bad but I’m too stubborn to DNF it…. The author must be a gay millennial Asian man who absolutely hates himself and it shows in the writing of these awful characters.

Halfway through and Violet is getting on my NERVES. Like girl- focus on controlling your literal super power instead of pining over some smelly guy! Literally stinky- they talk about being smelly a lot actually!! Do you know the power you hold?? Figure your stuff out. Get it together I’m begging you.

I’m already 40% in and it just doesn’t really make much sense. Will I be staying up late to read more though? Absolutely. So far, not as good as the first one.
