A must read for everyone even if you have not been diagnosed with a metabolic issue. Following the principles of this book has improved my health and well-being (I have hypothyroidism). I am 52 years old and feel better now than I have ever felt and can do so much more physically than I could before and I thought I was pretty active. Thank you Dr. Maurer for giving me the tools to better my health.
