I stand by everything I said before. The writing still makes me cringe. But I have been sucked into the plot. We’ll see if I read the rest of the series.

This book is really not good, but I’m forcing myself to read it. First of all it’s written in first person, which I have been unable to handle lately. And it’s just forcing too much too soon and the writing is just bad. We’ll see how far I get.

Should I re-read a whole series from my childhood and read the rest of the books that have been released since I stopped reading them?
