Having a hard time reading this to the kids, as I need to basically censor every second paragraph to protect young ears. For older kids, me thinks, mainly boys.

I'm reading the Reader's Digest truncated version, which I'm sure is a far cry from the original. Still a great book so far.

Would be a lot easier to read if it didn't contain so many errors! Lovely story though.

Got this as a Christmas Present from my Sis-in-law a year ago. Having a great time chugging through this fascinating read. Every single page is a wealth of interesting knowledge.

Finally got in some more reading time on this great book from A.L. Sowards. Still enjoying it!

Finally started getting some time to read - been pinching an hour in my winter-season lunchbreaks! Pretty good so far. Sowards does a great job of bringing in a bit of action early on which keeps one entertained. Enjoying it so far.

Not a bad book. Liiittle bit long winded thus far, but that tends to be the way C.S. Lewis wrote the Narnia series.

This one packs a whole lot more story and personality than the last Executioner I read. Less action, so far, but it makes up for it in realism and plot. Good work Mike Newton.

While this sort of book is not what I'd call inside my "normal" comfort zone, I have to admit I've had trouble putting it down!

I got quite a bit read on the train in the city the other day. Getting a bit more into it now.

I'm thinking it would have been better to have read the first two books of this trilogy set. Somewhat difficult to catch up so far.
