Blimey - it’s needs a hard edit. This could be so good but Bhadreshwar needs to stop piling in on every social issue if she wants her novels to be readable. Too many metaphors, too much description. I’ll stick with it as the premise of the story is interesting.

OMG - so tedious. Another DNF

This starts off very slowly and is ok if you can stomach the stereotypically romantic relationships and the occasional ‘explosively’ orgasmic sex scene. It reads like Barbara Cartland for the 21st Century and, if you can tolerate that,

I’m not sure I can finish this. To describe it as tedious is an understatement. Does it get any better after the Eridians appear?

Great so far

So far, very good - it’s obviously a novel but provides a history of the second wave feminist movement. As someone who was there, there are a few minor chronological errors, but there has to be some leeway for artistic license.
