A little confusing at the end. I don’t know if she was always in the wallpaper or if she hung herself at the end?

Still completely cringing at his instagram posts and his blog entries, but the story got a lot more interesting and a little gory. I’m wondering if he kills his boyfriend at the museum or maybe a lot more people and whether he ends up in jail or not

A little cringe at times. I don’t like influencers and so this bothers me, it’s also quite stereotypical, but I’ll finish it just to know if he ends up going to prison or what.

I loved this book. Surprise that it was published in 1995 and I just first heard about it this past year. It should definitely have a bigger audience. I love how The Child never really had a name, the women were able to live their lives and survive without men, they helped and loved each other.

I’m really enjoying this. It’s supposed to be dystopian. Still don’t know why the women are being captive

I’m not sure about this one. I guess it’s well written and it kinda hooks you up cause I had no idea why was Piper being interrogated, I knew someone had died but I definitely wasn’t expecting it to be Allison. I also knew from the beginning that it was Janie who killed her own mother, so the Allison twist was good, but other than that, not super impressive

It’s entertaining so far, still waiting for the thrill of it. Some parts of the story make me cringe, especially when they talk about how great motherhood is and just when she said “a woman is judge by how she keeps her house” I rolled my eyes so hard, seems so far like this book was written by a trad wife so some things are annoying, but now I want to know what’s up with the demon child.

I think it was entertaining. The twist at the end was very much unexpected, I wasn’t expecting the psycho sister, but some parts of the story were a little dumb and the dialogue as well, especially with the women in Wind Gap, but I guess that’s because they stayed dumb after high school, but cool story overall. 8/10

Her mom is like super weird. There’s this weird generational cycle in the family. Women hating and hurting their children

Did not enjoy that there’s more Soichi stories here, but there are some good other stories for sure. I enjoyed Deathrow doorbell, I don’t want to be a ghost, Library vision and Smashed

The last chapter felt a little too much of doomsday prophecy, but other than that, Great provocative work

Hate the main character Laura, she’s clearly a sociopath, narcissistic and just a mean, ill spirited person. She manages to get her way at the end. The book is really good though on an unexpected way.

It’s jus okay, nothing impressive

I didn’t enjoy the end. The story was captivating and interesting at some points but then it felt more meaningless at others. It felt like I was jumping from YA fiction to adult fiction from time to times. Mostly not my style
