I don’t want it to end but I also can’t put it down! 😩

I’m eating this shit up

I know everyone is tired of books being described as “cozy mysteries” but idc that’s exactly what this is. I’m snug as a bug in a damn rug eating up a classic case of who done it, life is good.

I fucking knew it and I have no one to rant to about this

A wee twist 👀

I feel like it’s rare to see a dispute unfold between characters and not immediately know who’s side to take.. I feel like everyone has a good point 😭

It feels so good to read a book that checks all your boxes, I just have to stop myself from reading it too fast

If Greek mythology weren’t the remains of an ancient religion I would assume the gods were a metaphor for the elite class. The way humans don’t really condone the behavior of the gods as a whole, but worship and offer sacrifices to avoid being punished. Also the gods’ lack of empathy is easily interpreted as a result of their never needing to want or work for anything. Still could be a metaphor I guess
