Ohhhhh it has my favorite audiobook narrator?! Yes!

Listening to the audiobook. This narrator is *chef's kiss.* I haven't loved a gritty vampire story like this since Midnight Blue, which I read 20~ish years ago...

This chapter is strange. Ethan's voice is shinier than it has been, and we've begun an odd repetition that I haven't seen elsewhere in the book...

Just started reading, but I already dig Ethan's voice and the writing style.

I'm really enjoying this book so far. You see the how-to, the skeletons of a story, then how each respective writer moulds the story around that skeleton.

See me talk about Faerie Queens and Godeaters on the Interview Foxseat over at Mercedes Fox Books! https://mercedesfoxbooks.com/meet-aut...

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who entered my Godeater: The Second World giveaway! Congrats to Caroline for winning- your copy is in the mail!

This book is outrageously quotable. And hot damn, Ronan Lynch, I never thought I'd like you.

The setup had me excited for the book. The follow-through, however, has left me bored so far. Sad, considering I adore the Others novels.
