90 pages in and I'm still waiting for a nugget, something that isn't just basic thoughts or include some sort of research backing. So far nothing relating to detoxing or anything profound other that what is talked about daily (social media is stealing our data, manipulating itself to give us things we didn't know we needed, etc.). It's also alarming the conclusions being made without citing research.
