Really struggling with this one due to personal reasons....putting in hold for now

Chapter one is already annoying me with the amount of "smack"s in the writing ...ugh

Had high expectations but my irritability towards journal-esque type chapter set ups is becoming my downfall here...2 characters minus the birds and fish...lackluster plot with no clear setting, even if attuned to the imagination
