I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel with this one. 😔😭

I committed the cardinal sin of reading and flicked to the back to check if the characters I liked were going to end up together only to find out that one of them dies. I am obviously being punished for my sins.

I only have 3 and a half hours left of the audiobook, but it's gotten to a point that's making me cringe so hard I literally cannot bring myself to get through it. Definitely not as fast-paced and engaging as the first one.

I felt a little bit weird about this going into it considering it's a fictionalized account of real people's lives, but so far it's been really good! :)

The definition of insanity is me continuing to read this series even though I didn't even like the first one and all the characters irritate me.

YA dystopian series grows slowly more convoluted the longer it goes on. But at least it's not a Divergent situation were I wanted to choke my self to death my swallowing the book whole by the time I got to the end of the series.

If life was at all fair I would be in Italy right now.
