I hate this book. It's so graphic, sexual sadism abounds, and it's justified because it's bad guys who are doing it. Very gross.

I'm listening to the audiobook, so page number is irrelevant - somewhere in chapter 20. If my dad wasn't invested in the story I would DNF it, personally. However when I suggested swapping for LOTR he seemed disappointed, so we're in for the long haul.

The only thing I don't like about these books are the LGBTQ leanings. I've been able to ignore the gay werewolf, but now she's pushing trans background characters.

Jeez, these past few weeks have been so crazy, I haven't had time to actually do anything, let alone read or review any books. My new job has become priority #1, and my hours are super late, so I spend my time either at work or sleeping. I'm really going to have to get with the program and figure life out.
