I am enjoying the book, but, in my opinion, it is nothing special.

Pretty good so far. Lots of characters to track, however, but the story is good.

Such an amazing story.

Part V (About the differences between USA Civil War and other American civil wars) and Part VI (North, Central, and South America before, during, and after WWI) are some of the best parts of the book so far.

Part IV about early internal relations between North, Central, and South America during the nineteenth century was really good! Author is redeeming himself.

Flying through.

Just finished Part 3: American Revolutions. This part was really good. Author compared the United States’ revolution to other revolutions in north and South America. I found that enlightening.

Finding Part II about the English just as boring. I am going to skip to next part. I am very close to ditching this book and marking it DNF. So disappointing.

Began Part II: The English

I found “Part I: To Begin to Wonder - The Spanish” so dull. I could not finish. This, after getting through four chapters (8% of total book) I skipped ahead to Part II: The English. I personally find Spanish history uninteresting.

I am having a REALLY hard time with this book.

Cannot put this down. Reminds me a lot of Sword of Shannara by Terry Brooks.

It has gotten so much better.

Such a good horror story

Sad but enlightening.

Each story is so different. Some are a bit out there for my taste. Most, however, are splendid in their horror story-telling.

I simply cannot stop listening to this audiobook. I am captivated.

I am on the edge of my seat wondering what will happen next.
