I talked so much crap about this book, the writing, the characters and how Aelin was annoying me. I take it all back! All of it!!

So you spent 400 pages annoying me, just to devastate me again? Nice.

This book is so frustrating because THIS is what I wanted. Why can’t we have this story?

I get it Sarah, everyone in this book is Angsty and Attractive but I need something to HAPPEN

I’m having the best time but I wish Sarah would decide how much power each character actually has. It’s always ‘endless power’ until they have to do something, then suddenly everyone is burnt out.

Ok don’t hate me…. but there is serious plot armour going on here, why isn’t she burnt out? Also is Chaol ok are we just leaving him in the grass even though he apparently fell hundreds of feet after being stabbed. Wasn’t he miles away? Dorian?

Manon is becoming my favourite person in this series.
