I’m wondering why people dislike this book so much in the series. I can understand it’s not jam packed with action, but I think it’s a good filler to explain where everyone is after the war and probably lead well into the next book.

The story is different so far to what I've read before. I wanted to read because I saw an emphasis on powerful women when I saw promotions/reviews online. I'm looking forward to following Elizabeth's journey and I'm interested to see what happens between her and the Hastings institute as well as Calvin.

I’m struggling to get through this book now. I start to get into the storyline and then something happens that sends me away. Like most romance books they’ve jumped straight to sex before anything else, do they have no self control? All he did was say something that reminded her of one day, 10 years ago. It’s so unrealistic at the moment.

I’m not sure how I feel about this book so far. I was hoping it’d be great but it doesn’t make sense to me. How can she tell will so much about her life after 5 minutes of meeting him? I get some people have that immediate click with people but surely it’s hard to work family history into the conversation even still.
Also what’s the random capital letter sentences all about?!

I’m enjoying the book so far. I think it’s sweet, and I’m looking forward to finding out what happens between Macy and Elliott. I’ve just passed the picnic scene and honestly I would’ve considered ditching Sean too!

I’ve just finished the first two chapters of confess. So far I’m enjoying the storyline, although I’m finding the writing style slightly cringeworthy. Some words in particular.
I believe this is still a good read due to the story. I know there will be a twist at some point!!

I don’t know how I feel. I’m not one to DNF a book, I love to push myself to read them so it’s not a waste of money. However, I really don’t see myself being interested in the story.
So far one sister has jumped from the roof in the middle of a party. All I can see happening is the rest following suite all because their parents are strict.

I struggled to start reading this book, not knowing what to expect. Started slowly but now I’ve reached the middle of the book i’m much more invested in the characters and the story. Enjoying it so far, looking forward to finding out what happens next.

I love the raw honesty in this book. Initially I started reading so I could see the lovely way Matthew Perry describes his friends and loved ones. However I had to take a break from reading as I was getting distracted and needed to read something fictional. Hopefully soon I will start reading this again and pick up where I left off.
