This is the greatest thing I’ve ever read. And I’m hardly 10% into it.

I have only just finished the intro by the author. I think I’m in for a wild ride 👀🙌

Wow… just when I wondered when the horror would start… It charged in like a bull and left my mouth agape. Still reading but haven’t recovered yet 😅

I think I hate this book. Is it okay to quit reading after this much effort has been put in already? I think I’ll set it down for the weekend to digest it. This is definitely is not a book to be read all at once. I think I’m consuming it too fast…

Having read “People in the Trees” first, I’m happy to say that the writing in this book emulates the genius in the first book. However, I find it very aggravating that every conceivable trauma and problem in the world seems to happen to the main character, and I’m only a third of the way into the book!!! I’m enjoying it though, so I’ll keep reading.

I started over. I have to give the beginning another chance, as I think I read for progress instead of understanding.

I know I’m only 80 pages in, but it’s not doing it for me. I will give it some more time. Fingers crossed!

Ummmm… I’m only two chapters in and this book takes the cake of being the creepiest book I’ve read to date…. I shiver just thinking about what’s to come. How could it get worse than it already is 🫠
