Every single chapter has been impactful. Without even being half way through, I can confidently recommend that other moms read this book!

A bit outdated and cheesy at times, but so far impactful!
“Let me encourage you: Don’t let the flood of technology or worries about the future steal your sacred mothering moments or your child’s childhood. When she leaves for college, packing up her car with her iPad, flip-flops, ballet flats, books, and favorite clothes, you won’t be thinking “I wish I spent more of these eighteen years on social media.”

😤😤 this feels like a real story

300 pages in and I feel like nothing has happened? At this point I just have to finish it, reviews claim the end is amazing so hopefully it redeems itself

Really enjoying this and already foreseeing the heartbreak I’m going to receive

Awkward because I started this for book club without realizing that I was reading the wrong book. Putting this on the tentative DNF shelf. It’s not bad but I’m not engrossed

I don’t have a narcissistic mother, but I enjoy reading about family relationships and their impact on adulthood- especially as I’m about to become a parent myself. The start to this book has been good and I’m looking forward to the rest.
