Hmmm... I've been waiting for this but at this point I'm getting a little bored 🫠 Possibly too long?

I'm nearly 50 per cent, and whilst my standards are low from my last disappointing read, the plot isn't heading where it needs to be. The world building and description is at least setting the scene for me, which the last book failed to do. Do I DNF and continue with Will Of the Many?!

A little predictable and a lot of explaining of the magic/craft but... LJ Andrews is a solid writer. Love Mist Thief more though 😄

I do understand the low star reviews, yet still, I keep reading, I keep wanting more.

Generally, this isn't for me. Though well written overall, the plot is a little lackluster and there isn't enough of the intensity I feed off. A bit of a 'popcorn' read for me i guess?

Ok, I get this book is spicy. Spicier than my usual read, but im pleasantly surprised that is actually quite well written. Not overly cheesy, interesting flow. The spice is there yes, but it's not like mainstream pornography like other high spice books I've come across (aka Plated Prisoner Series 🤮)

Feels pretty immaturely written at this point. Overdone on the swearing.

Hmm, something it's stopping me from something to pick this one up after I put it down. It's OK, at nearly halfway the romance has not developed at all, there's no chemistry and Kadra and Sarai have very little interaction. The plot relies on a lot of latin/Italian inspired language that brings me out of it. I'm unsure whether to stick with it or move to mages of the wheel book 4!

I'm getting through this series so quickly, every chapter the plot draws me in.
