It's been so long since I read a fantasy book, I missed it so much it feels like coming home 😭 Also the characters are great, each captivating in their own way, I'm definitely hooked to the story and I can't wait to read more

I feel like this book screamed suffering and pain and art and love and death at me and made them all synonymous

The hope's been shattered, there's nothing left but despair in my heart, I'll never be happy ever again in my entire life (me, dramatic?)

No no no, I refuse to continue, I'm in denial, nothing happened, they are happy and healthy and living life to its fullest on that beach, nothing bad happened

God knows I'm not okay but still, they are starting to give me hope 🥹 the solace and despair I found in this story is unmatched

I love them so much it's gotta be unhealthy... The fear for the end of the book is still strong though

No but you do not understand the FEAR that's grasping my throat right now, I so scared of this book ending god I wish I never picked it up, I don't want anything to happen to any of the characters they're so precious and I swear I don't need anything in life but more of the writing of lancali 😭
